If you believe in yourself then you can do it!!!!!

The statements of Swami Vivekananda have the capability to cut through the eras and times. Though many people of this fast paced world may believe that the present world is only running on capitalism and the poor are destined to remain poor and the richer should remain richer. But there are still a number of people who still believe in the words of Swami Vivekananda and posses the capability to change their destinies. Bishram Bedia and Jitendra Bedia have changed their destinies through tremendous hard work and self belief.
Both the Bedia brothers worked as day labourers but on an advice of a relative they took training from Divyayan in poultry farming. They started their own poultry farm in 2008 by taking loan of Rs 50,000 from Bank of India in Getalsud. At first they started the farm from their own investment and brought 1000 chicks @ Rs.25 per piece. They also took a loan of Rs 25,000 from dealer and after 1 month they made a profit of Rs.25, 000. Then the loan was repeated @ Rs.5000. Next month they again brought 100 chicks. But this time they faced a loss of Rs 15,000 due to high mortality.
Again they brought 1000 chicks but this time they never looked back. Within 1 year they recovered all the loans and had a profit of Rs.30,000. Next year they had the capital of Rs.30,000 also restructured their farm to increase the space.
Gradually they increased the numbers of chicks slowly and steadily. Presently they have 2000 chicks. Also they do not have any dealers. Now they buy chicks from Hazaribagh and Kolkata @ Rs.22 per piece and sell the product in Ranchi in Lahardaga @ Rs.75 per kg. They make their business in wholesale markets largely but also they sell their products retail markets @ Rs.100 per kg.
From 2013 they started the distribution of chicks among the farmers. They make profit of Rs.50 per chick with a profit of Rs 3000-4000 per month. They used to sell chicks to Dimrah farmers. But they suffered a loss of around Rs 40,000 last year. So they discontinued this practice. They also started the business of feeding the poultry and made profit of Rs.2000-3000 per month. Now they make a profit of around Rs 10,000 from it. Now they also kept a helper. They are also making a Pucca house and also owning a Threshing Machine.
They also bought a minivan in 2010 by making a down payment of Rs.50, 000 and the rest in loan. Within two years they have paid off their debts.
They are the perfect example to those persons who only believe in destiny and wait for their destinies to change. But Bedia brothers believed rather in ‘Karma’ and they have changed their destinies by their hardwork.
